Hi, I’m Mills Ross

Having worked as a C-Suite Executive PA for over 20 years, I’m no stranger to efficiency and flexibility. While these are strengths that come naturally to me, my experience has also taught me the importance of discipline, flexibility and self-motivation – skills that are equally as necessary for working remotely as a Virtual Assistant.

I’ve worked with many people over the years – from different levels, age ranges and backgrounds, as well as across a variety of sectors and departments. I’ve learned how to work with both large teams down to individual executive directors, doing work that was varied and fast-paced – exactly how I like it.

More recently I realised that what I really wanted was a better work/life balance – something that I can see is echoed in the clients that I work with. As a VA I understand the challenges that come with running a business, and how one person can rarely be, and do, everything in their company. It is why I created 3 Giraffes VA – so I could support other small business owners as they too balanced their home life with growing their bottom line.

It’s no secret that I love creating designs on Canva.  And I’m constantly learning and revising different ways of engaging my audience on Social Media.  As a Social Media Manager I’m at my happiest when talking to my clients about their business objectives and deciding on ways to put this into their Social Media strategy – so they don’t have to stress about keeping up their online presence.

Out of the office you might find me learning lines or treading the boards, as I really enjoy getting involved with amateur dramatics. I find the creativity, adaptability and working as part of a team really appeals to me, and is something I draw on a lot in my Social Media Management and Virtual Assistant roles too. Connecting with people, even when working remotely, is so important to me. And having worked globally I cherish being able to interact with, and getting to know everyone I work with.
